A coaching relationship is a relationship based on truth and trust. It is collaborative relationship between you and me. Our relationship is a safe container for you to be honest with yourself and with me…to be vulnerable and authentic. We create a plan based on your choices for change that is aligned with your true self and your true purpose.
As your coach, I meet you where you are at. I act as a guide or a co-navigator for you on your journey. I am here to hold space for you with compassion and without judgement. I hold you accountable to your intentions…your choices for change.

No.
Transformational coaching is not therapy or counseling. I am not a therapist and have been neither licensed, nor trained in providing any level of therapeutic treatment. I may work closely with a therapist as an important part of your treatment plan with them, but that is up for you and your therapist to decide.
This is not to say that we will not navigate similar themes and patterns with which you are dealing. Coaching focuses on helping you take consistent action toward your intentions for change.
Transformational coaching is also not an addiction treatment center. Sobriety will likely be a welcome step on your recovery journey. I am trained and certified to support you through this journey…so that you may transform your life.

The only way you can know if Core Truths and I am a fit for you is for us to have a conversation. It comes down to your intuition as to how I may provide you a safe space and structure to transform your life to that which you choose. I offer a free consultation of up to 30 minutes where we both determine if we are compatible with each other.

I recently received my Reiki Level 1 training, with my intention to become a Reiki Master.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Art from the University of California, Davis.

The transformational coaching timeline is yours. Therefore, this question may only be answered by you and how you navigate your process.
It may not take you long because you are fully committed and clear about the changes you choose to implement into your life. Or, it may take you longer, as your path is less certain or you are less willing to commit to the choices you make.
The important thing to know is that there is no rule or judgement as to how long you choose to receive coaching. The process is deeply personal and belongs to you.
My intention is help you experience a beautiful moment when you realize you don’t need my coaching, as you are able to manage your transformation and choices on your own.

Our coaching agreement is based on a ‘pay in advance’ format. All funds must be deposited at the time of scheduling. Payments will be made through either Zelle or Venmo payment platforms.
-
As long as you contact Stephen more than 24 hours prior to the start time of your session, you will be able to reschedule your session without any additional cost. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session within the 24 hour timeframe, then you will be charged the full price for the missed session.

My goal is to help you find the healing you choose. Therefore, if cost is your concern, then there may be an opportunity for financial assistance depending on your situation. I will consider financial assistance on a case-by-case basis. We can discuss your need during our inital discovery call.
-
Our coaching sessions will be conducted over the phone or through a Zoom video meeting, depending on which you prefer. The beauty of this model is that I am able to connect with you wherever you are in the world. This format provides greater time efficiency, as well, so our meetings are less intrusive into your daily and weekly schedule.
In-person meetings may be available if we happen to be in the same city, and we agree that it would be beneficial for your process.

I was skeptical about remote exchanges when I first started receiving coaching, as well as during my certification course. I learned very quickly that my skepticism was misplaced, as I was able to experience very effective communication.
The key is our willingness and commitment to show up with our hearts open and with proper intentions. With both of those in place, it won’t matter where and how we communicate…we will connect and create an authentic environment.

Entheogen is a relatively new term used to define psychoactive substances employed in culturally sanctioned visionary experiences in ritual or religious contexts. (-ScienceDirect.com)
An entheogenic journey is any experience created by the use of a high dose of entheogenic plant medicines (psyilocibin, ayahuasca, lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD), 5MeO DMT, ketamine, ibogaine, etc.) as a means to find and learn about one’s true self and path.
Entheogenic journeys are usually “guided” or “accompanied” by trained individuals to maintain the safety and sanctity of the journey for the journeyer.

Yes. Psychedelic drugs are considered illegal throughout the United States and much of the world. Specific psychedelic drugs (psilocybin and ketamine) have been ruled to be legal for therapeutic use in certain states and cities. I am not an expert on psychedelic medicines, so I may only encourage you to conduct your own research. Please learn as much as possible about truths, as well as the risks and laws surrounding psychedelic drugs and their use.
The following books and film provided me with a broad perspective of psychedelics, their history, and their re-emergence as important medicines and how people may benefit from them:
Stealing Fire: How Silicon Valley, the Navy SEALs, and Maverick Scientists are Revolutionizing the Way We Live and Work
- Steven Kotler & Jamie Wheal
How To Change Your Mind: What the New Science of Psychedelics Teaches Us About Consciousness, Dying, Addiction, Depression, and Transcendence
- Michael Pollan
Fantastic Fungi - a film by Louie Schwartzberg
“Finding that core of truth within yourself is the greatest spiritual attainment you can ever make.”
